About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who will enjoy undertaking varied tasks! The role is interesting due to the varied nature of the work, where no two days will be the same, providing you with an engaging work environment.

Occasional travel may be required

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building reports on service performance in collaboration with the other internal and external companies and other service groups (Monitoring performance against targets, service ownership, risk management and supporting with process review and improvement)

  • Improve and maintain high quality service delivery to our clients and partners. Ensure uninterrupted supply chain is maintained and customer satisfaction is exceeded by making use of available tools.  

  • Responsible for building and maintaining internal and external relations & ensure that service levels are meet, in support of the Integrations Directors

  • Ensure risks to services are recorded and reported to the IMC Team

  • Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation for Integration Directors and Senior Management Team.

  • Helping prepare for meetings.

  • Accurately recording minutes from meetings and summarising meeting events that the ID is unable to attend



Key Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.

  • Educated to Degree level

  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.

  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills

  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle


About you:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills would be advantageous, comfortably interacting with colleagues at all levels.

  • You will have experience in working in a service delivery role. You will be confident with monitoring against targets and taking appropriate action if required.

  • We will need you to be motivated and proactive, utilising your ability to prioritise work based on the requirements of the team, being versatile and reacting positively to regularly changing demands. You will be highly organised to enable you to work efficiently in a fast-paced and varied environment. You will be able to produce work of a high standard, with a strong attention to detail to ensure quality outcomes.
